This is a townhouse located in sunrise, Fl. Built in the 90's and has a very characteristic spatial distribution for the time.

The exterior of the house cannot be modified since it is part of a community. The client wanted to renovate his home with a more modern and functional touch. Having in mind his desires, the design effort was focused on organizing in a more functional way all the spaces in the house and their relationship with the services.

Now the house has more fluidity and warmth in its spaces.
